Shipping and returns
24/7 Store ships all orders above € 50, - for free with My Parcel / Post NL within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We charge no shipping costs from € 50.01.
An order placed before 17:00 on a workday will in principle be shipped the same day and will then usually be offered the next day at the delivery address by Post NL. We strive for the fastest possible delivery, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery time of Post NL.
The delivery of a product is up to 7 days if the product is in stock at the time of purchase.
After payment of your purchase you will receive within 24 hours an email with the track and trace number of Post NL.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return it within 14 days after you received your order. You can return a purchase in our store in Nijmegen Houtstraat 17, or you can return it by mail by following these steps:
Send your order by post to 24/7 Store, Houtstraat 17, 6511 JK Nijmegen stating your order number. Returns are at your own expense and risk. Make sure the product is unused, complete and with the original packaging and any price tags and attributes.
Place the product in a shipping box. For this you can use the supplied shipping box provided it is not damaged. The return will NOT be accepted if the shoe box is used as a shipping box!
Add the packing slip to the box.
Make sure the shipping box is properly sealed.
Place the return address on the box. This can be found on the return form.
Deliver the box to a reliable postal company (for example, PostNL, DPD or UPS) and make sure it is always traceable. Keep the shipping note. This is your proof of return. 24/7 Store is not responsible for returns that are lost and where a shipping ticket is missing.
If you want to exchange a product for another color, size or a completely different product we ask you to place a new order.
Due to COVID-19, store pickups are temporarily unavailable.
All returns should be sent with a track&trace code. This way we can avoid misunderstandings about the arrival of the shipped products. Also, all products must be sent with the original packaging and any price tags and associated attributes. Do NOT use the shoe box as a shipping box, these returns will not be accepted by us!
From the receipt of a return it can take up to 5 days for it to be processed in its entirety. When a return is approved you will automatically receive an email confirmation.
All products that are not received within a period of 14 days will not be accepted. In this case we reserve the right to charge shipping costs to return the product. Of course, you will be contacted in advance.
Please note that all clothing sold by us has the following washing instructions: it is recommended to wash the clothes at a maximum of 30 degrees, put the clothes inside out in the washing machine, do not use aggressive detergents, etc., for special materials such as wool, read the washing instructions carefully. For cleaning sneakers, only our offered sneaker cleaning products are recommended.
In case of a defective product, the buyer is entitled to a warranty period of 3 months. The warranty is only recognized in combination with the original purchase receipt and reasonable and authentic reasons for warranty.
