Welcome to the online store 24/7 Store. The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all transactions taking place in the online store 24/7 Store. We value the relationship with you as a loyal customer and it is therefore of utmost importance to us that your rights are respected and that you as a customer have and retain your trust in us.
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of professional or business and a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
Day: calendar day;
Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and / or services, whereby the delivery and / or purchase obligation is spread over time;
Durable medium: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to him personally in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers from a distance;
Distance contract: an agreement whereby in the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling of products and/or services, up to and including the conclusion of the agreement, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication;
Technology for distance communication: means that can be used for the conclusion of an agreement, without the consumer and entrepreneur simultaneously in the same area have come together;

Article 3 - Amendment of terms and conditions
24/7 Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the content of its website without informing the customer personally and without the latter being able to claim compensation. The customer will have to check for any changes in the terms and conditions of 24/7 Store.
Article 4 - Assortment
All products offered by 24/7 Store are described as completely as possible and in good faith. All products are 100% authentic and are shipped in original packaging. The prices indicated are including VAT (21%) and excluding (any) administration, service and/or shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The images and descriptions are displayed in such a way that they provide a realistic picture of the product you are purchasing.
Article 5 - Availability
All the products in our online store are offered until depletion of stock. If a product is temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can still decide to cancel part or all of your order. 24/7 Store can not be held liable for any damages that may result from the temporary or permanent out of stock of an item.
Article 6 - Transport
The risk during transport of your ordered product is for 24/7 Store. At the time of delivery of the product the risk of the product passes to you, subject to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded by 24/7 Store.
If you order a Nike product and wish to have it shipped to a country outside Europe, we are forced to cancel your order. We are no longer allowed to ship Nike products to countries outside of Europe.
Article 7 - Delivery
The delivery time of a product is a maximum of 14 working days if the product is in stock. If, for any reason, the maximum delivery time is exceeded by 24/7 Store, it will notify you immediately (by phone, letter or e-mail). In that case you have the right to cancel the agreement with 24/7 Store, by notifying 24/7 Store in writing via email. Should import duties be charged on the products we ship to you abroad then these costs are for your own account. If you refuse the order due to the import costs to be paid, the return costs will also be at your own expense.
At the moment you choose to pick up your ordered product (s) at our warehouse, you must do so within 14 days. If not collected, the ordered product will be offered again in our webshop and physical store after 14 days.
Article 8 - Our right to cancel the order.
We explicitly reserve the right to cancel an order without being responsible for costs and damages in the following situations:
We have not received payment through our payment provider
The product is no longer in stock
The stated price was incorrect
Article 9 - Returns
24/7 Store reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid when it is suspected that the product has already been used or damaged through the fault of the consumer (other than 24/7 Store or the supplier of the item).
If you revoke the contract, you will receive a refund from us for the cost of the product values. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back. If you have paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the return.
Should the package have been delivered to a collection point, it is possible that the package will be returned when the customer does not pick it up in time, in these cases the costs will be charged to the customer. Should the package be returned because of refusal at the door, the return costs will also be charged to the customer.
If we refund your money you should take into account that this will take up to 7 working days. We are depending on our payment provider.
PLEASE NOTE: SALE items can be converted into a gift voucher or refunded to the account you paid with.
Article 10 - Warranty
24/7 Store guarantees that the goods to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set and free from any defects. The proof of purchase shall serve as proof of warranty. 24/7 Store is never liable for any damages to the consumer, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of 24/7 Store. 24/7 Store will never be liable for any consequential or trading losses, indirect damage and loss of turnover. If 24/7 Store, for any reason whatsoever, is obliged to compensate any damage, the compensation will never exceed an amount equal to the invoice value with respect to the product through which the damage was caused.
Without prejudice to the provisions of this article, there is no question of warranty if wear and tear can be considered normal and further in the following cases:
If any changes have been made to the product, including repairs that have not been made with the permission of 24/7 Store;
If the original invoice cannot be provided, has been changed or has been made illegible;
if any defects are the result of improper use or use not in accordance with the intended purpose;
if damage is caused by intent, gross negligence or omission.
The Consumer is obliged to indemnify 24/7 Store against any claims that third parties may make against 24/7 Store in connection with the agreement, to the extent that the law does not prevent the relevant damages and costs from being borne by the Buyer. The Consumer is obliged to return the product to 24/7 Store for a proper assessment and handling of the warranty claim. If a complaint is declared valid, 24/7 Store is committed to deliver an equivalent product unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.
Article 11 - Liability
24/7 Store is only liable if obvious negligence and carelessness in the handling of its customers can be referred to.
Although the utmost care has been taken in compiling the content of this online store,: 24/7 Store excludes any liability for errors, omissions and possible consequences of acting on the basis of information available on or through this site.
By viewing and agreeing to these terms and conditions, all rights and obligations of the buyer (consumer) and 24/7 Store as seller (entrepreneur) are included and obligated to comply with these obligations and rights. Hereby we hope for a reliable and long-term relationship, to provide you with your needs of our products.
All legal relations between the contractor (entrepreneurs) and the customer (consumers) are governed by Dutch law. All disputes, insofar as they belong to the competence of the district court, will in the first instance be settled by the competent court in the place of the contractor (entrepreneur).
Article 12 - Complaint procedure
Has the consumer had such an unpleasant experience with our customer service we offer you the opportunity to complain to mail [email protected] with in the title: LATCH (order number). We discuss these complaints internally and give feedback within 10 working days. 24/7 Store always tries to offer an appropriate solution.
Article 13 - Contests
When participating in a contest, the participant must comply with the terms and conditions:
The maximum number of participations per person is indicated in the relevant win actions. Any attempt to participate more than once will result in immediate disqualification from the win campaign.
We are not responsible for lost, incomplete, invalid data and late entries, which leads directly to disqualification of the win campaign.
When participating in a win promotion, you must strictly adhere to the official win promotion terms and conditions.
The winner(s) of the win action will be randomly selected from the qualified entries and will be contacted via email within 7 business days after the end of the win action. The winner(s) must confirm the contact with the details instructed therein.
If the participant does not confirm within three days, another participant will be selected in its place.
The prizes won are not exchangeable for money or a gift card.
Article 14 - Discount codes
24/7 Store reserves the right to exclude products from discount codes obtained through 247store.nl
Article 15 - Gift Cards
With the 24/7 Store Gift Card (gift card) you can only pay at 24/7 Store online & instore. You do not have to spend the entire balance at once, the balance will be reduced by the value of your purchases until the balance is 0. The balance of the 24/7 Store Giftcard is valid indefinitely. It is not possible to redeem the Gift Card for cash or giro money. 24/7 Store is in no way liable for theft, loss, falsification or misuse of the 24/7 Store Giftcard. 24/7 Store will in no case pay out or settle any remaining balance.
